高校是培养人才的基地和摇篮,如何培养德才兼备的社会主义接班人和建设者,是新时期教育工作者面临的新课题。
Abstract：Because university is the basement and cradle in developing the talented person,so it's a new issue faced by educators in the new period to develop the inheritors and constructors of the socialism with virtue and ability.
