本试验对黄粉虫幼虫对硒微量元素的耐受力和富集能力作了初步探索。试验中的硒元素以亚硒酸钠的形式提供。结果表明:在不严重影响黄粉虫幼虫生长的情况下,可提高虫体内硒含量20~30倍;硒元素在对黄粉虫幼虫体内分布是不均匀的,主要集中在幼虫消化道及消化道内含物中,在表皮内硒含量最少;利用含硒麦麸饲料喂养黄粉虫幼虫24天内,除前几天外没有发现幼虫体内硒含量下降现象。
Abstract:In the experiments,we investigate the regularity of the selenium bioenrichment in the larva of Tenebrio molitor.The selenium are supplied in the form of sodium selenite.Results demonstrated that:the content of selenium was increased by 20~30 times in nutrient media supplemented(Se 9mg/kg),and the growth of the larva were scarcely affected;The selenium was pockety in the body of larva.The digestive tract appeared to accumulate the greatest amount of selenium and the epidermis accumulated the least amount of selenium;in addition,the selenium content of the larva didn't descend in 24 days except for the first few days.
