西部大开发加快了经济文化相对封闭落后的环塔里木各民族融入现代化和全球化浪潮的步伐,同时也使民族文化认同问题提到日程并面临许多困境。为此,必须以民族文化的可持续发展为目标,以"文化自觉"理念和我们党处理民族问题的"四个认同"思想为指导,处理好传统与现代、本土与外来、宗教与世俗等各种关系。

Western exploration accelerates the pace at which the relatively closed and backward ethical culture around Tarim integrates with the modern and global tide,and at the same makes self-identity of ethical culture confronting many difficulties.For this reason they should take persistent development as a goal,take cultural consciousness and four identities ideology as guidance to deal with the relationships between tradition and modernization,mainland and outside forces,religions and common customs etc.
