本实验选用3头雄性健康新疆驴为实验动物,体重132±10 Kg,3⁴周岁,采用全收粪消化实验方法,分三期进行,研究在3种精料水平(0 g/d、400 g/d8、00 g/d)下新疆驴对稻草日粮的利用率。实验结果表明:400 g精料组的干物质采食量为3813±284g/d,较0 g精料组的3015±265 g/d有显著提高(P<0.01),较800 g精料组3490±238g/d有显著提高(P<0.05),干物质消化率随着精料水平的增加有增加趋势(P>0.05)。400 g和800 g精料组的粗蛋白采食量、消化率分别为281±50g/d、53.5±5.7%和357±55 g/d、59.2±2.2%,都分别显著高于0 g精料组的149±42g/d采食量和36.3±3.8%的消化率(P<0.01)。400 g精料组NDF和ADF的采食量都较其它两组有所提高(P<0.05),而三组间的消化率无明显差异(P>0.05)。800 g料组磷的采食量、消化率和能量的消化率分别为8.1±2.8 g/d、30.8±4.8%和53.5±3.5%,分别较0 g精料组有显著提高(P<0.05),与400 g精料组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。新疆驴在日喂400 g精料下能够较好的利用稻草日粮。

Three male health donkeies from xinjiang was chosed as laboratory animals in the experiments,and the weight and age are 132±10 kg,3-4 years,separately.The method of total collect feces was used to study the Xinjiang donkey's utilization of rice straw diet at three concentrate levels(0 g/d,400 g/d,800 g/d),and all digestion experiments were divided into four phases.The results showed that DM which intakes 400 g on concentrate group was 3813 ±284g/d,and it significantly improved weight comparison with concentrate group with 0 g(3015±265 g/d,P<0.01) and 800 g concentrate group(3490 ±238g/d,P<0.05),and DM's digestibility had increasing trend(P>0.05) with the concentrate level increased.400g and 800 g concentrate groups'CP intake and digestibility were 281±50 g/d,53.5±5.7% and 357 ±55g /d,59.2±2.2%,were significantly higher than the 0 g concentrate group's 149 ±42g/d and 36.3±3.8%(p<0.01),respectively.The two groups'intake,400g concentrate group's NDF and ADF,were higher than other two groups(P<0.05),and had no significantly difference in digestibility among three groups(P>0.05).The 800g concentrate group's phosphorus intake,digestibility and energy digestibility were 8.1±2.8g/d,30.8±4.8% and 53.5±3.5%,all significantly improved comparison with 0g concentrate group,respectively(P<0.01).It had no difference comparison with 0 g concentrate group(P>0.05).Xinjiang donkey could utilize the rice straw as the diet well under supplied 400g/d concentrate level.
