摘要：
本文通过对维吾尔族的饮食习俗和饮食文化进行简单的分析,进而认识和探讨蕴含在其中的民族性格和民族情感。并为民族文化研究探求一条新的发展思路和研究视角。
Abstract：This article analyzed the diet convention and diet civilization of the Uygur in a perfunctory way.From it the author inquired and recognized the Uygur's nationality dispositions and nationality sensibilities.And it searched after for an up-to-date developing mentality and research visual angle for study of the nationality culture.
