摘要：
"十二五"发展时期,是塔里木大学以质量工程为主轴,注重内涵建设时期;这一时期,大学生思想政治教育要特别注重实效性,要结合因人因地因时的特点,采用更加切合实际的有效方式,提高思想政治教育实效性。
Abstract：The school level of education focus on quality project and content development during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period.During this period,more attention should be paid to the actual effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education.We should combine with everyone characteristics,adopting a more realistic and effective way,to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
