塔里木盆地,历史上曾是一个中西文化交融荟萃、古老文明错综叠压的区域。环塔里木文化有自己独特的历史魅力,与其地域特点、独特与多样的地域文化是密不可分的。目前新疆入选国家级非物质文化遗产名录的60多个项目及被列为自治区级非物质文化遗产名录的109个项目,环塔里木地区均有涉及,部分项目的重点研究区域就是环塔里木地区。近年,我国提高政府部门的管理能力,增强民众的保护意识,非物质文化遗产保护工作取得了很大进展。但是,非物质文化遗产保护仍面临不少的困境。本文试图在分析环塔非物质文化遗产传承与保护中存在的问题基础上,提出相应的对策和建议。

Tarim Basin is the place where the Chinese and western culture blended and assembled in history.All kinds of old civilizations overlay complicatedly here.The culture Around Tarim Basin has its own special charm and this is closely related with its regional characteristics,cultural specialty and diversity.Now all the more than 60 projects in the list of national intangible cultural heritage and 109 in the list of municipal intangible cultural heritage are related with Tarim region and the important research domains of some of them are Around Tarim.Recently,china has made great progress in protecting intangible cultural heritage from improving the government managing capability to reinforcing the public intangible cultural heritage protection awareness,from the concerned law establishment to the gradual practice of financial support,from international treaty to establishment of specific work mechanism.At the same time,there are many difficulties in protecting intangible cultural heritage.This paper try to analyze the problems in protecting intangible cultural heritage and put forward related suggestions and counter measures.
