为探究自然生草与清耕两种栽培方式对库尔勒香梨采后贮藏期间果实品质的影响。本研究通过对比分析两种栽培模式下香梨在采后贮藏期间果实内外品质的变化差异,并基于偏最小二乘法建立香梨贮藏时期内外品质的时间序列模型,为改善库尔勒香梨采后果实贮藏品质提供科学依据。结果表明:在香梨采后贮藏期间,随着贮藏时间的延长,自然生草区和清耕区库尔勒香梨贮藏品质皆下降,自然生草区果实的单果重、纵径、横径、维生素C、可溶性糖、果皮叶绿素a、果皮类胡萝卜、果肉叶绿素a、果肉类胡萝卜素含量较清耕区变化显著;贮藏后期,自然生草区果实的果皮胡萝卜素、果肉叶绿素a较清耕区变化显著;贮藏末期,自然生草区果实的可溶性固形物对比清耕区变化显著;自然生草区果实的果形指数高于清耕区,但无显著性差异。综合分析,自然生草区和清耕区库尔勒香梨在贮藏期间品质皆下降,但自然生草栽培香梨采后贮藏品质高于清耕。基于偏最小二乘法建立的时间序列模型,各内外品质的验证集决定性系数(R2)均大于0.7,均方根误差(RMSC)均小于0.8,残差预测偏差(RPD)均大于2,证明该时间序列模型能够准确地预测库尔勒香梨在采后贮藏期间内外品质的变化趋势。
Abstract:In order to explore the effects of natural grass and clean tillage on fruit quality of Korla fragrant pear during postharvest storage. In this study, the changes of internal and external quality of Korla fragrant pear during postharvest storage under two cultivation modes were compared and analyzed, and the time series model of internal and external quality of Korla fragrant pear during storage was established based on partial least squares method, so as to provide scientific basis for improving the storage quality of Korla fragrant pear. The results showed that during the postharvest storage of Korla fragrant pear, with the extension of storage time, the storage quality of Korla fragrant pear in natural grass area and clean tillage area decreased. The single fruit weight, fruit vertical and horizontal diameter, vitamin C, soluble sugar, peel chlorophyll a, peel carrot, pulp chlorophyll a and pulp carotenoid content of Korla fragrant pear in natural grass area changed significantly compared with those in clear tillage area. At the later stage of storage, the changes of carotene in peel and chlorophyll a in pulp of fruits in natural grass area were more significant than those in clean tillage area.At the end of storage, the soluble solids in the natural grass area changed significantly compared with the clear tillage area. The fruit shape index of natural grass area was higher than that of clear tillage area, but there was no significant difference. Comprehensive analysis showed that the quality of Korla fragrant pear in natural grass area and clean tillage area decreased during storage, but the storage quality of natural grass cultivated fragrant pear was higher than that of clean tillage.Based on the time series model established by partial least squares method, the determination coefficient(R2) of the validation set of each internal and external quality was greater than 0.7, the root mean square error(RMSC) was less than 0.8, and the residual prediction deviation(RPD) was greater than 2.It is proved that the time series model can accurately predict the change trend of internal and external quality of Korla fragrant pear during postharvest storage.
