本研究通过大田试验,对‘中619’4个不同棉花品系各生育时期叶片SPAD值、产量和品质等指标进行测定,研究无膜栽培条件下棉花SPAD值变化趋势及其与棉花产量品质的关系,旨在筛选出适合南疆种植的无膜棉‘中619’品系。结果表明:(1)初花期、花铃期SPAD值与产量呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.89、0.90。(2)苗期、花铃期SPAD值越高,马克隆值越高;蕾期SPAD值越高,棉花纤维整齐度越好;初花期SPAD值越高,棉花纤维断裂比强越弱;花铃期SPAD值越高,纤维上半部均长越短。即无膜棉产量及纤维品质性状与SPAD值紧密关联。(3)‘中619’-1纤维品质性状和产量表现较佳,适宜用于南疆地区无膜栽培。
Abstract:This study passed field experiment, the SPAD value and yield, quality of cotton in each growing period were measured for four different strains of cotton cultivar‘Zhong 619'under the plastic film-free cultivation mode, to study the change trend of leaf SPAD value and its relationship with cotton yield and quality, which purpose was to select the strains of‘Zhong 619'suitable for cultivation under the plastic film-free cultivation mode in southern Xinjiang. The results showed that:(1) there was a significant positive correlation between SPAD value and yield at initial flowering stage and flower-boll stage, the correlation coefficients were0.89 and 0.90 respectively.(2) the higher the SPAD value, the higher the micronaire value in Seedling stage and flower-boll stage;the higher the SPAD value in the bud stage, the better the uniformity of cotton fiber; the higher the SPAD value in the initial flowering stage, the weaker the fiber breaking ratio; the higher the SPAD value in flower-boll stage, the shorter the length of the upper half of the fiber. That is, the yield and fiber quality of non-film cotton are closely related to the SPAD value.(3) The cotton fiber quality characters and yield of cotton strain‘Zhong 619'-1 were better, which was suitable for plastic film-free cultivation in southern Xinjiang.
