塔里木大学学报

职业生涯规划对大学生的职业生涯发展和人生规划具有重要的促进作用,通过200份问卷对处于边疆地区的塔里木大学在校学生的职业生涯规划现状进行相关调查和研究,了解大学生在职业生涯规划中出现的一些问题,并结合学校、学生等方面的实际情况提出有针对性的建议,以期对处于边疆地区高校的学生职业生涯规划的相关工作有一定的促进作用。

For college students,occupation career planning plays an important role in their occupation career and life planning.By 200 questionnaires,we investigated and studied the occupation career planning of students in Tarim University which is in the border areas.Through this way,we learned about the problems in college students' occupation career planning,and put forward suggestions according to the school,students and other aspects of the actual situation.It is expected that the above work would help college students in border areas to do their occupation career planning.
