和田地区传统民居文化艺术是古丝绸之路上文化融合的特殊表现形式,有着独特的文化特征、建筑风格与特殊的建筑语言,同时是新疆少数民族的意识形态和伦理观念的反应。和田土木结合的半生土民居建筑艺术的形成过程,受到和田独特的地理自然环境和人文思想观念的影响,并演变成典型区域特色文化艺术。是新疆地区传统民居建筑的代表类型。
Abstract：The art of traditional Hotan dwelling is a special figuration for historical merge of the Silk Road culture. Unique cultural characteristics,architectural manifestation and architectural express are the right reflections of the ideology and ethnic ethics of the local people. The art of local buildings constructed with semi-raw adobe and logs is formed by the unique geographical environment and the nature of the local culture which consequently evolved in a representative of the characteristic art of the region.
