社会保障法律制度在促进兵团经济发展和维护社会稳定方面具有重要的作用。目前,中国社会保障法制还不健全,兵团社会保障法律制度建设在取得一定成效的同时还有在一些不足,需要不断完善,因此应建立健全兵团社会保障法律体制,加大社会保险覆盖面,探索兵团社会保障改革新思路。
Abstract：The social security legal system has a vital role in the promotion of the Corps' economic development and the maintenance of the social stability.At present,the China social security legal system is not prefect.The construction of the Corps' social security law system obtained certain results while there are still some insufficiencies,needing to consummate unceasingly.Therefore,it should establish the perfect social security legal framework to enlarge the social security coverage,explore the new mentality of the Corps' social security reforms.
