本文通过棉花组织水提取物对自身化感作用及连作障碍的模拟试验,对棉花化感自毒作用进行了探索。结果发现:提取物的固液比(g/ml)大于1:200,对棉花种子的发芽率有抑制作用,而水提取物对苗长则表现出低促高抑,随着浓度降低抑制作用减弱,当固液比(g/ml)降至为1:150时,开始表现为促进作用。
Abstract:Simulated experiment of Continuous Cropping Stress and autotoxicity in cotton were conducted.The results showed that When the rate of extracts(g/ml) is larger than 1:200,it will resist the germination of cotton seed,but promote length of seedling.Meanwhile,with the concentration of extracts decreasing,the resistant effect is weak and weak.While the rate of solid and liquid fall to 1:150,it start to put up promoting effect.
