新疆克孜尔河斯氏高原鳅繁殖生物学初步研究

摘要:

为探究斯氏高原鳅(Triplophysa stoliczkae)的性比、第二性征、最小性成熟个体、繁殖力等繁殖生物学特性,于2018年6月在拜城县克孜尔河黑英山乡河段中采集30尾斯氏高原鳅,采用传统生物学方法对其繁殖生物学特性进行研究。结果表明:雄鱼性成熟时体色较深,胸鳍略尖且变厚,轻压腹部有精液挤出;雌鱼性成熟时体色较淡,胸鳍钝圆,腹部隆起,生殖孔微凸起。除5尾未辨性别外,雌雄鱼性比为1.00∶1.08(N=25)。最小性成熟年龄均为2龄,雌性最小性成熟个体体长46.19 mm,体质量1.02 g;雄性最小性成熟个体体长49.55 mm,体质量1.16 g。根据鱼类性腺成熟情况及卵径分布图得知,斯氏高原鳅属于一次产卵类型。其绝对繁殖力为(2 362±1 066)粒,相对繁殖力为(301±112)粒/g。该研究丰富了斯氏高原鳅的繁殖生物学资料,为其资源繁育和种群利用提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the sex ratio, secondary sexual characteristics, minimum sexually mature individuals, and fertility of Triplophysa stoliczkae, 30 Triplophysa stoliczkae were collected in June 2018 in Heiyingshan reach of Kizil River, Baicheng County, and their reproductive biology was studied using traditional biological methods. The results showed that males had darker body color, slightly pointed and thickened pectoral fins at sexual maturity, and semen extrusion by light pressure on the abdomen; females had lighter body color, blunt and rounded pectoral fins, bulging abdomen, and slightly convex reproductive pores. The sex ratio of male and female fish was 1.00∶1.08(N=25), except for five unidentified sexes. The minimum age of sexual maturity was 2years, and the minimum sexual maturity of females was 46.19 mm in length and 1.02 g in Weight;The minimum sexual maturity of males was 49.55 mm in length and 1.16 g in Weight. Based on the maturation of gonads and the distribution of egg diameter, it was found that the Triplophysa stoliczkae belongs one-primary spawning type. The absolute fecundity was(2 362 ± 1 066)eggs and the relative fecundity was(301±112)eggs/g. This study enriches the reproductive biology data of Triplophysa stoliczkae and provides reference for its resource breeding and population utilization.
