石蜡切片的制作是组织学和病理学中常用的一种方法。常规制作切片的方法,往往达不到满意的效果。本文根据作者十年的制片经验,摸索其药品的配制,对实验步骤和操作方法等细节方面进行了改良,大大的提高了切片的染色效果和整体质量,明显降低脱片率(低于5%)。
Abstract：The process,embed and section of paraffin section are usually performed by a histology and pathology laboratory.While hand processing can be performed according to the routine procedure,the results may show marked variation in slide quality.In this text,the author improved the staining effectiveness and quality of paraffin section which is stabilized for long-term storage,according to improving mixed reagent and operational means during her experimental career of more than ten years.
