塔河下游湿地土壤种子库结构与空间分布特征

摘要:

研究塔河下游的人工湿地和河流湿地土壤种子库,通过野外调查取样与室内萌发试验相结合的方法,对不同湿地类型土壤种子库的组成、物种多样性和空间分布等特征进行调查分析。研究结果表明:1塔里木河下游各典型湿地研究地萌发的物种数在6~13种之间,土壤种子库均以一年生草本植物为主,其优势度为53.8%~60%,土壤种子库密度在250~300粒/m2之间,属于非常低的水平;2塔河下游河流湿地和人工湿地湿地土壤种子库密度没有差异,3除季节性漫水研究地,土壤种子库密度的垂直分布规律为05 cm最大,其它各层间没有差异,季节性漫水的研究地,各土层间种子库密度统计分析无显著差异,水平分布为聚集分布。

Abstract:

Combined the methods of field survey sampling and interior germination test,the plant composition,species diversity,spatial distribution characteristics of soil seed bank in the different wetland types were studied in the artificial wetlands and riverine wetlands in the lower reaches of Tarim river were chosen in our study. The results indicated that,Ⅰ,the species number of soil seed bank in lower reaches typical wetlands of Tarim river were between 6 to 13,the herbaceous coverage were 53. 8% ~ 60%,the density of the soil seed bank generally ranged from 250 seeds / m2 to 300 seeds / m2,as a very low level; Ⅱ,there was no significant differences in the density of the soil seed bank between artificial wetlands and riverine wetlands in this area; Ⅲ,except the seasonal flood areas,the vertical distribution law of soil seed Banks was that the density of soil seed were highest as 0 ~ 5 cm,and there was no significant in the other soil layers,whereas in the seasonal flood areas,there was no significant differences among the four soil layers,and the horizontal distribution was belongs to aggregate distribution.
