鸡嗜血支原体是一种无细胞壁、仅有单层膜包裹的原核生物,通常呈圆形,直径约0.3~0.6μm,但因缺乏细胞壁而形态多变;其内部无明显细胞器和典型的核结构,可感染人类及多种动物。本研究为了解鸡嗜血支原体的检测方法和其在鸡群之间的传播途径,采用病理剖解、形态学观察、扫描电镜观察和分子生物学的方法对发病鸡、鸡皮刺螨和发病鸡产的鸡蛋中鸡嗜血支原体进行鉴定,再进行动物试验:使用感染鸡嗜血支原体的鸡皮刺螨叮咬健康的雏鸡,对雏鸡中的鸡嗜血支原体进行鉴定。结果表明在发病鸡、鸡皮刺螨、发病鸡产的鸡蛋清和鸡皮刺螨叮咬的雏鸡中都可以检测到鸡嗜血支原体,证明鸡嗜血支原体可以通过鸡皮刺螨进行传播,也可以垂直传播给下一代。本试验能为鸡嗜血支原体病的诊断和防控提供理论研究和参考价值。
Abstract:Eperythrozoon gallians is a prokaryotic organism lacking a cell wall and enclosed only by a single membrane. It is typically spherical, with a diameter of approximately 0.3-0.6 μm, but exhibits pleomorphism due to the absence of a cell wall. It is interior lacks distinct organelles and a typical nuclear structure, and it can infect both humans and various animals. This study aims to elucidate the diagnostic methods for detecting Eperythrozoon gallians and to investigate the transmission routes among flocks. Pathological dissection, morphological observation, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and molecular biology techniques were employed for the identification of the pathogen in chickens. Animal testing was then performed: identification of Mycoplasma fowleri in chicks using chicken prickly mites infected with Mycoplasma fowleri biting healthy chicks. The results indicated that the chickens exhibited typical symptoms of Mycoplasma infection, and the presence of Mycoplasma was confirmed in the chickens, egg solution, and test groups. This finding demonstrates that Mycoplasma can be transmitted among chickens and can also be passed vertically to the next generation. This study provides valuable theoretical insights and reference points for the diagnosis, prevention and control of Mycoplasma infections in poultry.
