以酸枣种子为材料进行不同浓度的碱胁迫处理,研究碱胁迫对酸枣种子萌发、幼苗生长发育的影响,对酸枣进行耐碱性评价。结果表明:酸枣种子发芽率、发芽势随碱胁迫浓度的增加而降低;碱胁迫处理60天的酸枣幼苗根系总长度、茎粗及地上、下部分干、鲜重均较CK显著降低,叶片中脯氨酸、丙二醛、有机酸含量均显著高于CK,含糖量则随碱液浓度的提高而增加,但显著低于对照。
Abstract:Sour jujube seeds were used as experimental materials,treated with different content of alkali,the germination and plants growth were measured to evaluate the alkali tolerance of the sour jujube. The result showed that with the increasing of the alkali content,the germination percentage and germination potential of sour jujube seeds significantly decreased,after 60 days of the alkali stress,the sour jujube's root length,stem diameter,dry and fresh weight of root significantly decreased when compared with the CK.The proline content,malondialdehyde and organic acid of leaf were significantly higher than those of CK,whereas,the sugar content increased with the increasing of alkali concentration,but it was significantly lower than that of the CK.
