新疆南疆地区有丰富多样的实生杏种质资源,这些实生杏种质资源是品种改良选育的重要材料。本试验以新疆阿拉尔市托喀依乡达里亚阿格孜村采集的9份实生杏种质为试验材料,观察及测定其果实、核仁的表型性状及内在品质性状,通过方差分析及主成分分析等方法对其特性进行评价。结果表明,9份实生杏种质的单果重在7.76~74.11 g之间;硬度在3.90~12.80 kg/m2之间;可溶性固形物含量在13.17%~20.83%之间;总糖含量在1.76%~13.93%之间;类胡萝卜素含量在14.53~244.33μg/g之间。主成分分析中前5个主成分的累计贡献率为87.493%,根据主成分综合得分,得出Y08、Y09果实品质较优异。本试验为实生杏种质资源的筛选及利用提供了理论依据。
Abstract:There are abundant and diverse germplasm resources of seedling apricot in Southern Xinjiang, which are important materials for improvement and breeding. In this experiment, 9 seedling apricot germplasms collected from Agezi Village, Tokayi Township, Alar City, Xinjiang were used as experimental materials to observe and determine the phenotypic traits and internal quality traits of their fruits and kernels. and the characteristics were evaluated by variance analysis and principal component analysis. The results showed that the single fruit mass of 9 seedling apricot germplasm were between 7.76-74.11 g; the hardness in the fruits were between 3.90-12.80 kg/m2; the soluble solids in the fruits were between 13.17%-20.83%; the total sugar content in the fruits were between 1.76%-13.93%; the carotenoids content in the fruits were between 14.53-244.33 μg/g. The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first five principal components was 87.493%, according to the comprehensive score of principal components, the fruit quality of Y08 and Y09 was better. This experiment provides a theoretical basis for the screening and utilization of seedling apricot germplasm resources.
