【目的】研究红景天(Rhodiola rosea)根茎化学成分。【方法】红景天根茎1.0 kg用75%乙醇热回流提取,采用ODS柱层析及制备液相色谱(p HPLC)分离纯化大孔树脂20%和60%乙醇-水洗脱部位,用波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。【结果】从红景天根茎中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为酪醇(1)、1,1-二甲基烯丙醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、红景天苷(3)、草质素-7-O-(3''-O-β-D-葡萄糖基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→4)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(5)、山奈酚-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(6)、1,2,3,4,6-五-O-没食子酰基葡萄糖(7)、山奈酚(8)、rhodiolin(9)、草质素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10)。【结论】化合物2,5为首次从红景天根茎中分离得到。
Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the chemical constituents from roots of Rhodiola rosea. 【Methods】1. 0 kg dry roots of R. rosea were used to extract the chemical constituents by thermal reflux methods with 75% ethanol. 20% and 60% ethanol-water elution parts from macroporous resin column were further separated and purified using ODS column chromatography and p HPLC. In addition,the structures of isolates were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. 【Results】Ten compounds were isolated from R. rosea and identified as tyrosol( 1),1,1-dimethylallyl alcohol-β-D-glucoside( 2),salidroside( 3),herbacetin 7-O-( 3'-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-α-L-ramnopyranoside( 4),kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1-4)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 5),kaempferol 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 6),1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose( 7),kaempferol( 8),rhodiolin( 9),herbacetin 7-O-α-L-ramnopyranoside( 10). 【Conclusion】Compounds 2 and 5 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
