思想素质教育与新时期班主任工作

摘要：
思想素质教育是班主任工作的核心,其重要意义不仅在于提高学生的思想道德素质,而且能使学生得到全面发展。班主任工作是学校的基础工作,对学生的培养、发展、分配等都具有十分重要的作用。因而是班主任工作是学校管理工作的重中之重。
Abstract：Education for all- round development, which is the major task of a class advisor, not only helps improving the minds and morals, also helps with the integrated development of the students. A class advisor's work, the basic work in a university, played a important role in students' developing. Therefore, it is one of the most important work in management.
