花芽分化是指植物茎尖生长点由分生出叶片、腋芽转变为分化出花序或花朵的过程。其对果树的早实性、丰产性、稳产性具有重要的影响,并且花芽分化的早晚、数量、质量与果实的品质和商品价值也有直接的关系。掌握调控花芽分化的因素和机制,可以为人工调控花期、提高花芽质量提供理论基础。本文主要从组织结构,激素的调控和开花相关基因等方面对核桃的花芽分化进行了概述。
Abstract:shoot apical meristem growing from leaf and axillary buds to inflorescence and flowers called flower- bud differentiation.Significantly impact on short juvenile,high yield and yield stability,meanwhile,phenophase,quantity,and quality of flower- bud differentiation appeared direct relationship with the quality and value of the fruits. It can provide a theoretical basis for regulating flowering period,therefore artificially improving flower buds quality by master factors and mechanisms of the flower bud differentiation. In this paper,we elaborated walnut flower- bud differentiation from organizational structure,hormone regulation and flowering genes.
